Established in 1969 in Pisogne, the ISEO lock manufacturing company is now operating under the name of ISEO group and has several member companies.

The Italian Iseo Serrature s.p.a. was born from the exceptional entrepreneurial spirit of Guiseppe Facchinetti in 1967 in Pisogne. In the settlement near Lake Iseo, north of Italy, the factory produced locks, cylinders and padlocks. The company took its name from the nearby lake. In keeping with the deep roots of Iseo, it remained faithful to its own area and to the founding family's vocation for production.
In 1998, the founder's son Evaristo Facchinetti starting a new phase in the development of Iseo founded the group. Growth strategy focused on two elements. To the size, because it is important for a competing market, and for the human factor because entrepreneurship is the center of a group.
