The series 819 is the electromechanical version of the multipoint mechanical mortise lock series 319, the electric motor version is the series 519.

The new 319, 519, 819 and 509E series are available with backsets of 35, 40, 45 and 65 mm, thus they can be also used with full leaf steel and wooden doors.

These series also meet the requirements of security, fire rated, escape route and panic exit doors according to DIN EN 179 and DIN EN 1125.
